Turning research into impact requires the ability to synthesize data, identify insights, and frame opportunities for design. This course builds essential skills in qualitative research, affinity mapping, and storytelling to help you translate complex findings into actionable solutions.

Upon completing this course, you’ll gain confidence in conducting research, analyzing data, and identifying key insights. You’ll develop skills in synthesis, storytelling, and design framing, enabling you to transform complex information into meaningful design opportunities.
